Who This Is For
LL-101 is designed to deliver the full system in the shortest possible time. It's fast, dense, and intentional. Some of what you experienced needs time to settle — and more importantly, it needs repetition under real conditions before it holds up under pressure.
We've all heard "Practice Makes Perfect" — but not always. The more accurate version: Practice Makes Permanent. Knowing the process and owning the process are two different things. LL-201 is where the gap between them closes.
Each week you'll apply the process to new material, with a new partner, under time pressure — then review your work directly with Ken. By week 8, the tools don't just make sense. They're automatic.
